 Final paper upload policy

Each full registration will allow the author to upload one (1) paper. Student (reduced) registration does not allow paper uploads.

Authors with multiple papers must pay at least one full registration. Each further paper can be uploaded for a reduced fee.

The Conference Program will allow you to see whether your presentation format is poster or oral.

Poster presentations at IV are an ideal method to attract participants and discuss the contribution in detail with many experts. The recommended poster size is DIN A0 paper size: 0.841 m wide by 1.189 m high. Similar formats will also fit our walls. It is recommended to bring accompanying material (laptop demo, product sample, flyers, etc.). IV will offer cocktail tables for this.
