Call for Workshop and Tutorial Sessions
2017 IEEE Intelligent Vehicles Symposium

THE 2017 INTELLIGENT VEHICLES SYMPOSIUM (IV’17) is a premier annual forum sponsored by the IEEE INTELLIGENT TRANSPORTATION SYSTEMS SOCIETY (ITSS). Researchers, practitioners, and students from universities, industry, and government agencies will present their latest research work and discuss applications for Intelligent Vehicles and Vehicle-Infrastructure Cooperation. Workshops and Tutorials will be offered on the day prior to the formal conference. Interested organizers are invited to submit proposals for one-day or half-day workshops or tutorials in the topic areas listed in the conference Call for Papers. The proposal for a workshop or tutorial session should include: 1) Title of the workshop or tutorial, 2) an abstract of the workshop or tutorial session, 3) a list of presenters with their affiliation, contact email, and presentation title. Presenters for accepted proposed sessions will have the option to submit full-length manuscripts to the conference for full peer reviews if they want their presentations to be included in the conference proceedings.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the conference website. The deadline is January 6, 2017.

Manuscripts must be submitted through the conference website according to the guidelines and requirements given in the conference Call for Papers. The submission deadline is January 31, 2017.
